Bon Voyage

My fancy new car is boarding a barge today to take a little trip down the Mighty Mississip' and on to Hawaii. Do you think it will get to travel over the Panama Canal?

I guess we really are moving.

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

How are you getting around with out your car?? Ah, the beginings of a move....exciting and sad at once. Is your ticker right, it seemed the other week when you mentioned your timeline it didn't seem to correspond with your ticker??

Praying for you and your family,
Deanne

My ticker was wrong because our plan changed. We had hoped to be able to pack up and move before Thanksgiving so that we could spent Thanksgiving with Nathan's family, but Nathan has to go to a class that ends the day before Thanksgiving, and I didn't want to do all the packing and cleaning by myself. So we will not be leaving until Dec 4th.

And I tried to fix the tracker but I couldn't, so I deleted it!

I'm sure having your car gone is making the move become more real. Are you getting that crazy feeling yet that comes right before a move. I know I always get it when I feel like I'm running out of time. Good luck! :)

Here's to you, Wendy! Moving is a ton of work. Sorry we don't live close enough to drop by and pack a few boxes for you.

Wasn't Mark Twain anti? ;) Just kidding, the quote was great.

How weird to watch your car go on a cruise. The whole concept of moving to Hawaii seems so weird, too, although I'd love to live there.

Good luck with the packing and cleaning. :)

I forgot to ask, when you dropped off the car, didn't you have to go to Missouri? If so, did you go see Anna?

I wish we could have seen Anna. Nathan drove through the night to get the car there on time yesterday morning, so he didn't get to stop in at Anna's. Hi Anna!
