Nathan's home and he's back to work! Waaa!
But I knew he would, so I made myself a hair appointment for 11am today.
The other day we saw an old friend from Rapid City (actually we knew him in Texas and Florida, too) anyway, we saw a guy Nathan works with who is moving here and he said, your hair has really lightened up. and I laughed.
Yoohooo - Highlights!
But is has been 8 months since I had my hair touched up, so maybe the sun is doing a little of the work for me.
Here's what I want - my hair, only better. Nothing scary. No chunks of color. Just regular brown hair with some natural looking highlights. Not too much to ask.
I also want my eyebrows waxed.
That's all.

Good luck with your hair appointment today! I need a haircut too. In fact last week I cut my own bangs. Gasp!!! Yes I did. I've regreted it every day since. Thankfully they will grow back and I didn't cut too much off. I am needing a eyebrow wax pretty bad too. Ouch! I'm feeling your pain! :)

yowch! - my eyebrows aren't going to forgive me for a while, but they are looking less caterpillar-like.
Amanda - I don't imagine you would know Shalin, but Jon c. and Bishop do. He's a single guy (with girlfriend) that Nathan has known since flight school.
I got my hairs cut today, too. My cut involves clippers and more clippers. I haven't ever had highlights because of the the whole root issue. I've also never had a wax anywhere. You're very brave :)

I agree, some pics would be nice. Yeah for Nathan being home and Yeah for a hair appointment! I need some highlights, so send a picture so I can show it to the hair person. Oh, and my eyebrows could really use a wax.
I remember hearing Shalin's name - that will be fun to have your family friend nearby!

Hey Wendy, we went to Chuck E. Cheese last weekend and I got my hair cut Sunday after church...wierd! Glad Nate is home, tell him hi!
